Quality control, quality assurance, asset ID, number plate recognition, people, vehicles, progress evidence and site monitoring.

Long-Wave Infrared Spectrum: Thermographic Sensors

Long-wave infrared sees emitted heat, not colour. Used for fire risk, people avoidance, occupational health and safety, hubs, tyres, brakes, motors, switchboards and process anomalies.

Near-Infrared Spectrum: Laser Pulse

Profile, wear, deformation, dimensions, rail fasteners, rail head wear, alignment, cracks and volume.

Short-Wave Infrared Light

Short-wave infrared sees reflected light beyond human vision. Used for moisture content, material difference, coatings, oil, grease and surface condition.

Hyperspectral

Hyperspectral imaging reads many narrow colour bands per pixel, turning surface chemistry into measurable data for ore, mineral signatures, chemical contamination and process sorting.

Radar

Radar gives long-range, wide-area coverage and detects movement, range and presence in dust, darkness, glare and weather. Pair it with PTZ vision so the system homes in, confirms the event and tracks people, vehicles or perimeter breaches.

Time-of-Flight: ToF

Time-of-flight measures distance by timing reflected light. Useful for depth, presence, bin level, clearance, robot guidance and close-range 3D inspection.

LiDAR

LiDAR builds point clouds from laser returns. Useful for mapping, stockpiles, collision zones, volume, clearance, mobile plant awareness and survey-grade evidence.
